ACL REHAB PHASE 2 | INTERMEDIATE REHAB POST-OP The goal of this stage is that the patient is capable of performing sport specific activities and physically demanding work. The intensity of the training should be increased. From approximately week 8 you can train in a flexion angle of 90 degrees, so you can do strength exercises like lunges and deep squats. The weight of the exercises should go up and the reps go down. In this stage you still should be careful with open chain extension exercises.
